2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 leek, thinly sliced
2 red chilies, sliced

1 egg, beaten off

rice

Spices:

3 cloves garlic
2 knuckles galingale
2 knuckles turmeric

Method:
1. Cook the egg
into thin pancakes,
rolls, sliced thinly and set aside.
2. Heat the cooking
oil, saute green onion, red
pepper, ground spices until
fragrant. Enter the shredded
chicken. Stir well, cook until done.
3. Add rice,
pepper, sugar, salt.
Stir well, cook until
all ingredients cooked.
4. Serve hot with
a sprinkling of fried onions, pickles, crackers.
