GRILLED CHICKEN YELLOW SAUCE


Material:
1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
3 bay leaves
2 knuckles galangal, crushed
2 stalks lemongrass, crushed
300 ml coconut milk from ½ coconut
Spices:
7 grains of red onion
5 cloves garlic
5 grains hazelnut
1 teaspoon coriander
¼ teaspoon cumin
3 knuckles turmeric
salt to taste


Method:
1. Marinate chicken with seasoning mixture until blended.
2. Add chicken in a pan, add bay leaves, galangal, lemongrass. Cook the chicken until it changes color.
3. Pour the coconut milk, and cook until chicken is cooked and the flavors mingle. lift
4. Chicken roasted on a bonfire while occasionally smeared spices until fragrant and browned,. Lift serve. Results enough for 8 servings.
