Cob pepes pindang

material:
400 g pindang cob
10 red chilies
5 cloves garlic
7 pieces of red onion
5 pieces of hazelnut
2 knuckles turmeric
Salt, sugar to taste
bay
Banana leaves to taste.

Method:
1. puree all spices except the salam leaves, mixed with cobs.
2. Take a sheet of banana leaf, give the bay leaves. Enter the boiled mixture, wrap and pin with a stick.
3. Steam 30 minutes. Lift, ready to serve for 6 servings.
