Pepes Tuna Cuek

material:
500 g tuna fish
2 bunches basil, leaves picked.
8 vegetables star fruit, sliced
4 stalks lemongrass, take a white, finely sliced
4 salam leaves
Banana leaves for wrapping.

Puree ingredients:
a. 6 red chilies
b. 6 pieces red onion
c. 3 cloves garlic
d. 1 vertebra turmeric
e. 4 items hazelnut
f. 1 teaspoon salt

Method:
1. Stir fish, spices, basil, lemongrass star fruit and vegetables.
2. Take a banana leaf, place a piece of salam leaf, seasoned fish, then wrap lengthwise and pin the ends by a stick.
3. Steamed in a steamer that has been heated until cooked, remove and then grilled over charcoal until fragrant. Enough for 4 packs.
