COOK squid soy sauce

material:
500 grams of squid are peeled, cleaned
2 lime leaves
4 salam leaves
2 knuckles crushed galangal
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon tamarind water
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons cooking oil

mashed spices:
4 pieces of red onion
2 cloves garlic
2 large red chilies
1 vertebra finger turmeric

Method:
1. Heat oil and sauté ground spices, lime leaves, salam leaves, galangal until fragrant
2. Enter the squid and stir well. Add soy sauce, tamarind water, salt. Cook until flavors mingle and mature.
3. Serve immediately while hot. Serves 6.
