Material:
a. 350 grams of white tofu, puree.
b. 150 grams minced chicken.
c. 1 stalk lemongrass, finely sliced
d. 2 leeks, thinly sliced.
e. 2 eggs, beaten off
f. 1 bunch basil leaves, take leaves.
g. 1 turmeric leaf, finely sliced.
h. Banana leaves to taste.
Mashed Spices:
a. 4 cloves garlic
b. 7 pieces of red onion
c. 2 segment turmeric fingers.
d. Salt, sugar to taste.
Method:
1. mix all ingredients and mashed seasonings, stir well.
2. Take 2 tablespoons of dough, wrap in banana leaves. Repeat until dough runs out.
3. Steam 25 minutes, lift, ready to serve. The result is as many as 10 servings.
