CHICKEN GARANG ASEM

Material:
1 chicken, cut into 8 pieces
500 ml thick coconut milk from coconuts.
Salt to taste.
Banana leaves to taste.

Spices:
a. 7 pieces of red onion, thinly sliced
b. 5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced

c. 5 pieces of red chilli, sliced
​​oblique,
d. 5 green chilies, sliced
​​oblique.
e. 10 pieces of cayenne pepper.
f. 7 green tomatoes cut into wedges
g. 2 knuckles turmeric, sliced
​​thin.
h. 5 salam leaves.
i. 3 knuckles galangal, thinly sliced
​​.
j. 15 vegetables star fruit, sliced
​​1 cm

How to Make:
1. Mix the chicken, spices, salt, coconut milk. Stir well.
2. grab a piece of banana leaf, put the chicken and seasoning. Wrap shape tum, steam for one hour until cooked. Lift present to 8 servings.
