Pepes GOLDFISH


Material:
1 piece (750 g) goldfish
1 orange juice, take the water.
1.5 teaspoon salt
10 cm turmeric, peeled, thinly sliced ​​lengthwise.
3 cm galangal, thinly sliced​​,
5 salam leaves
3 stalks lemongrass, cut in half, crushed.
7 pieces of red onion, sliced ​​thin,
3 pieces of thinly sliced ​​garlic.
2 red chilies chopped coarse oblique
10 pieces of cayenne pepper
25 g basil leaves
2 tomatoes, diced
Banana leaves, for wrapping.

Method:
1. Clean carp from the scales, gills, guts and fins. Give some incisions on the body. Sprinkle with lime juice and 0.5 tablespoons of salt, let stand for 30 minutes.
2. Mix the other ingredients with 1 tablespoon salt, smear on the fish body.
3. Wrap fish in banana leaves together, pin the two ends by a stick.
4. Bake in the coals of fire / in the oven until cooked and dry (no fish out of water again from the pack).
