Pepes mackerel

material:
3 pieces mackerel , clean
2 pieces of red chilli, sliced
​​oblique
2 knuckles galangal, thinly sliced
2 leeks, cut into pieces.
2 tomatoes, diced
1 bunch basil leaves, cutting.
Salt, sugar to taste.
3 salam leaves.
Banana leaves to taste.

Mashed spices:
a. 7 pieces of red onion
b. 3 cloves garlic
c. 2 pieces nutmeg
d. 2 knuckles turmeric
e. Second knuckle of ginger.

Method:
1. Mix the mashed spices with chilli, galangal, salt, sugar. Stirring until evenly distributed.
2. Enter mackerel and stir well.
3. Add the scallions, tomatoes, basil leaves. Stir well aside some time.
4. Take a piece of banana leaf, place a salam leaves. Add the fish and seasoning mix. Wrap, with a stick pin. Do the same on the rest of the ingredients .
5. Steam 30 minutes until cooked. Lift. Results can be for 3 servings.
