material:
250 grams of chicken breast meat, cut into small pieces
1 tablespoon oil
1 salam leaves
Half stem lemongrass, sliced 1 cm, crushed
15 grams of basil leaves
1.5 tablespoons sliced scallions
Banana leaves for wrapping
Seasonings:
a. 3 eggs nutmeg
b. Sliced ½ teaspoon turmeric
c. ½ teaspoon chopped ginger
d. ¾ tablespoon chopped garlic
e. 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
f. ¼ teaspoon salt
Method:
1. sauté until spices are fragrant mashed. Enter lemongrass, salam leaves and chicken meat. Cook until slightly dry. Lift.
2. Add onion and basil leaves. Stir well. Take a banana leaf. Place the chicken mixture. Wrap.
3. Steam for 30 minutes. Lift and serve for 5 servings.
