mackerel fried flour seasoning

material:
10 head cleaning mackerel.
2 teaspoons lime juice
1 teaspoon salt
Cooking oil to taste

Flour dough:
a. 100 grams of rice flour
b. 30 grams flour
c. 5 lime leaves, thinly sliced
d. 100 cc water
Spices that are:
a. 5 cloves garlic
b. ½ teaspoon coriander powder
c. 2 cm turmeric burned
d. 1 teaspoon salt

Method:
1. soak mackerel with salt and lime juice. Let stand 10 minutes.
2. Mix all dough ingredients and spices. Dip fish into flour mixture. Fry until golden, remove from heat. Serve to 5 servings.
