500 grams beef, cut into pieces
300 grams of potato slices crosswise
5 kaffir lime leaves
5 stalks of basil leaves, cutting
250 cc coconut milk from ½ coconut
500 cc water
Cooking oil to taste.
Mashed Spices
6 pieces onion
3 cloves garlic
6 red chilies
4 items hazelnut
2 cm turmeric
3 cm ginger
3 cm curcumin
1 ½ teaspoon salt
Method:
1. Stir-fry mashed spices, salt, flavors, lime leaves until fragrant, put the meat. Stir well. Give water, and cook until half-tender meat.
2. Enter the coconut milk, stir and cook until boiling. Add the potatoes, cook over low heat until meat is tender and pervasive.
3. Give basil leaves, stir, remove from heat. Serve for 4 servings.
