Curcumin can prevent Alzheimer's

The results of Dr.. Tze-Pin Ng from National University of Singapore in 2003 which was conducted on 1010 elderly people aged between 60-93 years, showed that elderly people who regularly consume curry spice has a memory higher than that rarely or not at all consume curry seasoning. The secret lies in the yellow dye (curcumin) which are at the root of turmeric rhizome used in the manufacture of curry spices.
Even with eating curry spice can reduce risk of Alzheimer's that can cause dementia because the total physical condition of the brain that continues to decline. However, excessive use in the elderly have an effect on abdominal pain, impaired liver / kidney. The results of the research conclusions are reported in the American Journal of Epidemiology 1 November 2006 edition states that the curry spice is potentially preventing Alzheimer's seen from his usefulness and is not toxic because it is made  from natural materials.
