Squid Bok Choy oriental sauce

material:
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 tablespoon sesame oil
3 pieces of fresh squid, thinly sliced ​​in a circle
2 hump bok choy, cut into pieces
5 tablespoons water
Salt, sugar to taste.

Spices:
5 pieces of red onion
3 cloves garlic
3 large red chilies
2 knuckles turmeric
1 knuckle of ginger

Method:
1. Heat oil and sesame oil. Enter the spices, saute until soft.
2. Add the squid, stir until it changes color. Pour water, salt, sugar. Cook until boiling.
3. Enter the bok choy, and cook until cooked. Remove and serve for 3 servings.
