YELLOW RICE SEAFOOD

material:
200 grams mussels, hard boiled
3 tablespoons butter
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
200 grams snapper filet, diced
200 grams of peel shrimp, leaving tails
½ red bell pepper, diced
½ green bell pepper, diced.
1 tomato diced
2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
250 grams of rice
200 ml of water
Salt, pepper to taste

Method:
1. Heat the butter, saute onion, garlic until fragrant
2. Enter snapper, shrimp, clams. Stir well. Add the rice, pour the water.
3. Give turmeric powder, salt, pepper. Cook until the rice ripe.
4. Add peppers, tomatoes, cilantro and stir well. Steamed rice 30 minutes until cooked. Lift serve.
