Mushroom Pepes turmeric jambal

material:
150 grams of dried fish jambal bread, cut into pieces.
Cooking oil to taste
300 grams mushrooms, chopped
8 pieces of green chili sauce
5 pieces of red chili sauce
1 leek, thinly sliced
20 basil leaves
8 small salam leaves
2 stalks lemongrass, thinly sliced
Banana leaves to taste.

Spices:
5 pieces of red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 knuckle of ginger
1 vertebra finger turmeric
½ teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon salt

Method:
1. Soak fish jambal bread with hot water for an hour, then drain
2. Fry fish until cooked and dry jambal. Lift.
3. Mix the fish jambal and mushroom pieces, put spices and stir well.
4. Put all ingredients, mix well
5. Wrap the mixture with banana leaf mushroom jambal
6. Cooking until cooked. Remove and drain. Results for 8 servings.
