TURMERIC FRIED RICE:

material:
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 leek, thinly sliced
2 red chilies, sliced ​​oblique
1 egg, beaten off
200 grams of white rice
150 grams of chicken meat, boiled, shredded
Pepper powder, sugar, salt to taste.

Spices:
3 pieces of hazelnut
2 pieces red onion
3 cloves garlic
2 knuckles galingale
2 knuckles turmeric

Complement:
pickles
fried onions
crackers

Method:
1. Cook the egg into thin pancakes, rolls, sliced ​​thinly and set aside.
2. Heat the cooking oil, saute green onion, red pepper, ground spices until fragrant. Enter the shredded chicken. Stir well, cook until done.
3. Add rice, pepper, sugar, salt. Stir well, cook until all ingredients cooked.
4. Serve hot with a sprinkling of fried onions, pickles, crackers. Results enough for 2 servings.
