Pindang snapper

1 snapper fish, cut a 4
500 cc water
10 red chilies, cut in two
10 pieces of red onion, thinly sliced
1 knuckle of ginger, thinly sliced
1 stalk lemongrass, finely sliced
1 knuckles galangal, thinly sliced
1 vertebra finger turmeric, finely sliced
2 tomatoes, cut into rough
1 tablespoon tamarind water
2 salam leaves
3 stalks basil
Salt, sugar to taste

1. All the ingredients together. Cook to a boil and cooked
2. Remove from heat, ready to serve for 4 person.
